其中，第四條並未包括向上光束比(ULR)，摘錄如下：
四、燈具節能標章能源效率標示，應符合下列規定：
(一)燈具或包裝上清楚載明標章使用者名稱及住址。
(二)燈具型錄上清楚載明燈具之色溫及發光效率。
所以，一般燈具並不會標示ULR，但如有需要可以請燈具廠商提供燈具光形，即可計算ULR。
而一般懸吊式燈具之向上光束比，約在7% ~ 14%之間，基本上，燈具挑選需要考量照明用途、節能或光害議題，並同時考量ULR的需求。
